Cyril Abiteboul: 'We must not make things unnecessarily difficult'

Renault ended up performing well at the Mexican Grand Prix despite failing to make it through to Q3 on Saturday. Both Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg finished in the points on Sunday, saving the team for a poor weekend.  "We have some points," Cyril Abiteboul reported to Motorsport-Total.com. "We more or less kept our lead over Racing Point and Toro Rosso and the gap to McLaren has narrowed.
