Horner says new F1 regulations should be delayed until 2022!

Aston Martin Red Bull Racing boss Christian Horner says that F1's new rules should be delayed until 2022, with the new regulations, set for 2021, not yet announced. The new regulations are set to include a budget cap, simpler wings to ease turbulence and other changes to improve racing. Horner believes that F1 can introduce the budget cap for 2021, but that the overhaul of the regulations should be left until 2022.
