Renault disqualified from Japanese GP

Renault have been disqualified from the result of the Japanese Grand Prix after both Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg's cars were deemed to have broken regulations regarding driver aids. The French squad scored a double points finish in Suzuka, with Ricciardo classified sixth and Hulkenberg coming 10th. Article continues under video However, the result was called into question not long after the chequered flag when Racing Point lodged a protest against their rivals. It was alleged that Renault were using a "pre-set, automated brake bias system". The FIA found that the system was not tuned to a determined distance as had been alleged and was therefore not against regulations....
