Magnussen admits that Haas didn't have great 'pace' in Japan

On the whole, it was disappointing weekends for Haas with Kevin Magnussen finishing in P17, while his teammate Romain Grosjean came through in 15th as Haas went pointless in Japan. The Danish driver qualified in 19th, so did make up a couple of places in the race. It was a strong start by Magnussen, quickly moving up six positions to 13th, but he fell back a couple of places towards the end of the race. “I started last and got up to P12, which I was fairly happy about, but after that it went south.
