Williams signs new Mercedes power unit deal to end of 2025

Williams and Mercedes have announced an extension of their power unit partnership until the end of the 2025 Formula 1 season. Williams became a Mercedes customer team at the start of the 2014 season, using its power units and engines en route to third place in the constructors' championship in each of the first two years of the partnership. The existing deal with Mercedes was due to expire at the end of the 2020 season, but a fresh deal was announced on Friday that will see their relationship extend until the end of 2025.
