FIA rules on Hulkenberg, Sainz, Stroll actions in Monza qualifying

Nico Hulkenberg was cleared by the Italian Grand Prix stewards over his actions in Italian GP qualifying. Only Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz crossed the start line in time to set a lap in the closing stages of Q3, with seven drivers then unable to set a time. Kimi Raikkonen had earlier crashed out of the session.
