Aldo Costa to leave Mercedes this month

Italian Grand Prix – Mercedes' Aldo Costa will depart the team this month, having taken up a new job with Dallara for 2020. Mercedes' Technical Advisor and former Engineering Director Alda Costa will leave the team this month. Having stepped down from his prominent role in the middle of 2018 and playing a vital part in the design of the Mercedes cars in recent years, Costa has chosen to take up a new role at Dallara. As a result, he will have a few months off work, as he leaves Mercedes at the end of September before starting work with Dallara at the start of 2020.
