Alfa Romeo boss describes Max Verstappen's aggressive move as 'stupid'
Alfa Romeo's team leader Fred Vasseur has described Max Verstappen's move during the first corner of the Belgian Grand Prix as "stupid." The incident saw Kimi Raikkonen and Verstappen collide ending the Red Bull's race and damaging the Alfa's chance of a decent performance. “I don’t know what happened with Verstappen,” Alfa Romeo boss Fred Vasseur told Autosport. “But he came from nowhere, he was even behind Perez before the braking. “He tried to get two cars in the first corner, and it’s stupid because in Spa you can overtake and you have room to do something.
