Ferrari taking nothing for granted despite strong practice pace
Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc have stressed that Ferrari is taking nothing for granted in spite of its strong pace during practice for Formula 1’s Belgian Grand Prix. Vettel headed a 1-2 in FP1 before Leclerc turned the tables in FP2, finishing six-tenths clear of his four-time World Champion team-mate. Ferrari has often displayed strong pace during practice in 2019 – it has now topped 17 sessions – but it has yet to win a grand prix this year. “It’s Friday, I think we have seen this on a couple of Fridays already,” said Vettel. “The most important thing is that we pick the right Ferrari shoes for Sunday. “Probably Saturday morning...
