‘Patient' Kubica admits future is uncertain

Robert Kubica admits he is not yet sure what he will do next season, but is adamant he will do something that brings him 'the most joy'. Eight years after he suffered career-threatening injuries during a near-fatal rallying crash, the Pole made a fairytale return to F1 as he was handed a full-time racing seat by Williams for the 2019 season. However, things have not gone according to plan as both the Grove-based squad and Kubica have struggled. Williams are bottom of the Constructors' standings and, although Kubica has picked up their only point to date, he has found himself off the pace of rookie team-mate George Russell both in qualifying and on most race days.
