bottas says 2019 his best year

Valtteri Bottas may not have won a race since the fourth round of the season in Azerbaijan, but the Finn still believes that this has been his strongest season in Formula 1. Bottas began the new season as a different beast, and had the upper hand over teammate Lewis Hamilton following the race in Baku. However, since then, his form has deteriorated but he still believes he is having his best season in the sport.
