Sainz and Norris on friendship within McLaren

Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris have talked about their friendship with each other at McLaren and how it has benefitted the team so far. The duo are teammates for the first time this season after Sainz moved from Renault at the end of last year and Norris was given a seat from his performances in Formula 2. So far the pair have hit it off and become good friends as teammates with Sainz stating that if either of them were to be selfish it wouldn’t benefit the team. Sainz said according to GrandPrix247: “Outside of the track, I think there’s no point in being selfish, in being that kind of teammate.  “At the moment McLaren is going through a period that...
