Toto Wolff responds to Bernie Ecclestone's 2021 Formula 1 plans
In the build-up to the Austrian Grand Prix, Bernie Ecclestone produced a long list of ideas which he would introduce to Formula 1 if he was still in charge for the 2021 season. Toto Wolff has responded to these plans and believes it's all typical of Bernie! Ecclestone wanted to introduce a third world championship and refuelling amongst other things. He would virtually leave the top three teams alone, but give the rest of the field a car, with an engine and $30 million.
