Hamilton at risk of Austria penalty for Raikkonen Q1 block

Lewis Hamilton is at risk of a grid penalty for Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix after the stewards confirmed they would investigate an incident with Kimi Raikkonen during the opening stage of qualifying at the Red Bull Ring. Formula 1 drivers' championship leader Hamilton went off-track at Turn 3 during Q1 in a bid to try and get out of Raikkonen's way, but still appearing to impede the Alfa Romeo driver. Raikkonen made a gesture at Hamilton from his cockpit before reporting to his team that the Mercedes driver "completely blocked me", with the incident being noted by race control. The stewards confirmed shortly before the start of Q2 that they would be investigating the incident...
