F2 driver gets NINE penalty points in one race in France!

When a driver accumulates 12 penalty points on his super licence, he or she will automatically be suspended for the next race, and Formula 2 driver Mahaveer Raghunathan has reached that point in France after accumulating a whopping nine points in a single race. In Formula 1, Lance Stroll leads the way with eight points, with Max Verstappen, Romain Grosjean and Sebastian Vettel all having seven points. It's never happened in F1 that someone has been suspended for getting 12 points, although Grosjean did get a suspension after Belgium 2012. What did Raghunathan do to get this suspension?
