Vettel downbeat after qualifying P7: 'Mercedes are far away'

Sebastian Vettel was clearly disappointed by his Q3 result, setting only the seventh fastest time and will start down on the fourth row, behind both McLarens and Max Verstappen's Red Bull. Two weeks ago in Canada, Vettel took a superb pole position, but this was a day to forget for the German, who made a mistake on his first run and lacked any sort of pace on his second lap, eventually qualifying four positions behind his teammate, Charles Leclerc.
