Vettel denies Ferrari retirement rumours

Sebastian Vettel has responded to the recent rumours that he is set to retire from Formula 1 at the end of the current season with Ferrari, saying he has “no plans” to stop racing as he is still having fun in his job with the Maranello outfit. The German’s form, as well as that of Ferrari, has been poor in 2019 so far as they have allowed Mercedes to dominate. The Silver Arrows claimed a record-equalling five one-two finishes in the opening five races this season, with a botched pitstop involving Valtteri Bottas the main reason they didn’t claim a sixth in Monte Carlo.
