Latifi denies he's set to replace Kubica

Nicholas Latifi says he is not looking to replace Robert Kubica at Williams, at least not for this season. With Kubica struggling for form this season, rumours have began suggesting his days at Williams are numbered. According to Canadian newspaper Le Journal de Montreal, Latifi is being lined up as Kubica's replacement and could step into the car as early as the next race, Monaco. The Formula 2 driver has quashed the rumours. 'Of course my goal is to get into Formula 1,' he told GPBlog.com. 'But my programme this year is focused on Formula 2. 'That is my priority.
