Red Bull still back Gasly despite rocky 2019 start

Despite poor results in his first two races for the team, Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner still backs Pierre Gasly to perform in 2019, as he thinks the Frenchman has shown flashes of good driving already. Gasly hasn't yet made it to Q3 for Red Bull, crashing out in Q1 and Q2 in Australia and Bahrain respectively. He even finished the Australian Grand Prix outside of the points in P11, but he did do well to finish eighth last weekend in Bahrain. The 22-year-old has admitted he still doesn't feel comfortable in the RB15, but Horner thinks his overtaking in Sakhir will give him some confidence.
