Ferrari drop ‘Mission Winnow' from official entry name

Scuderia Ferrari have altered their official entry name for the 2019 Championship, getting rid of ‘Mission Winnow'. Ferrari's official team name for 2019 had been ‘Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow' on the entry list released a few weeks ago but, with increasing spotlight and pressure being put on the Mission Winnow initiative in light of Australian and EU investigations, the team have quietly dropped it from their team name. Mission Winnow is a Philip Morris International initiative which has met with widespread criticism for being a smokescreen for tobacco advertising.
