Webber: Ferrari and Red Bull needed a change
Mark Webber believes Ferrari and Red Bull were forced to make big changes to their teams during the winter, ahead of the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship season as the two front-running teams continue to chase down perennial pace-setters Mercedes. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the launch of the all-electric Porsche Taycan, Webber said of the changes at the Scuderia, 'After last year, Ferrari was in the situation after 2018 to have to change something.
