Chandhok believes Kubica story is one of the greats

Karun Chandhok has spoken out on Robert Kubica’s return to Formula 1 and believes it is “one of the great human stories” in the sport. Kubica returns to competitive Formula 1 racing following eight years out after he suffered a near-fatal rally car accident. Despite a long road to recovery Kubica makes his second F1 debut with Williams partnering George Russell, who makes his first debut with the team after winning Formula 2 in 2018. Speaking at the Autosport International event Chandhok said: “In the pit lane, a lot of good stories take place, and Kubica's return is one of them."
