Wehrlein could compete in IndyCar and Le Mans in 2019

Ferrari development driver Pascal Wehrlein could boost his CV in 2019 - with the driver set to compete in Le Mans 24 Hours and IndyCar. Wehrlein was released from his contract at Mercedes at the end of 2018, after coming through the ranks at the German manufacturer. The 24-year-old was subsequently signed by Mahindra for one season, to compete in Formula E, but the German has since been recruited by Scuderia to handle simulator work for the Italians. It seems Ferrari have been impressed by the former Sauber and Manor driver, and they could add him to Ferrari's GTE line-up for next summer's endurance race at Le Mans.
