Paddy Lowe on Williams' poor mentality

Williams' chief technical officer Paddy Lowe believes that he 'fell into a trap' by not coming to terms with the number of problems his team had.  Williams had a terrible season. They finished bottom of the constructor's championship due to many issues that they had with their car.  In an interview with Autosport, Paddy Lowe revealed that there was a problem with the mindset of the Williams team.  He said Williams needed to "get out of this mindset that there are just two or three things to fix and then everything will be OK, and we'll be winning races."
