Williams announces Latifi as a Reserve Driver

Williams have confirmed Nicolas Latifi as reserve driver for the team which will be spearheaded next year by Robert Kubica and George Russell in the Formula 1 World Championship. The Canadian has enjoyed a successful career in the junior formulas and is a multiple FIA Formula 2 race winner.
