Toro Rosso willing to help Red Bull win in 2019

Toro Rosso could be lending a helping hand to their senior team Red Bull in 2019. The Milton-Keynes based outfit will switch to Honda power next season and could use Toro Rosso as support after spending 2018 adapting to the Japanese manufacturer's power unit. Red Bull has been the parent team of Toro Rosso since their debut in 2005. Used as a testing ground for Red Bull junior drivers in F1, the 'smaller' team could be used once again to make gains in the developmental race against Mercedes and Ferrari. Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost revealed that the team could be used as a test team for Red Bull next year as the four-time constructors' champions look to get back to winning ways....
