Sauber launch young driver programme

Sauber F1 Team have partnered up with junior single-seater team Charouz Racing System for a young driver devlopment programme. This will be Sauber's first official defined youth operation, but they have had close-ties with engine supplier Ferrari, with the team handing Charles Leclerc his rookie season in Formula One. Charouz went into Formula Two back earlier this year, having switched from the Formula V8 3.5 Series, and will take part in F3 next season; which coincedentally replaces GP3 on the F1 support bill.
