Kevin Magnussen, Sergey Sirotkin summoned over driving too slowly

Haas’ Kevin Magnussen and Williams’ Sergey Sirotkin have been summoned to the stewards over allegedly driving too slowly during qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix. Magnussen’s offence occurred in Q2 while Sirotkin’s transgression came in the final stages of Q1.
