Leclerc wants informing of blocking rules

Sauber driver Charles Leclerc wants clarification of the rules when it comes to blocking opponents following an incident with Haas' Kevin Magnussen in Japan a couple of weeks ago. Leclerc, 21, was left puzzled by the stewards' decision not to penalise Magnussen for the collision, which took place in the early stages of the Japanese Grand Prix. The FIA said that Magnussen moved the same time as Leclerc and didn't do anything illegal, but the future Ferrari driver did not agree. Leclerc apologised for calling Magnussen "stupid" on his Sauber team radio, but he believes the matter is still not fully resolved.
