FIA publish 2019 F1 Sporting & Technical Regulations

The FIA have published the 2019 Formula 1 Sporting and Techincal Regulations while confirming that for the fifth consecutive year the pre-season tests of Formula 1 will take place at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Winter testing will run over eight days taking at Spanish Grand Prix venue from February 18 to 21 and from February 26 to March 1.
