Franz Tost says Gasly's promotion is "mission accomplished!"
It's no secret how the junior driver system works at Red Bull. Their little brothers' team Toro Rosso gives young drivers experience of driving during F1 weekends and prepares them for life at Red Bull. Franz Tost as hailed the system a success following Pierre Gasly's promotion. The shock departure notice from Daniel Ricciardo left Red Bull having to act.
