Lowe: Awarding points to all 20 cars "would be good"

Williams technical chief Paddy Lowe has suggested that the F1 should have a system where all 20 cars should be awarded points after each race, as he thinks it will increase things significantly at the back of the field. The Grove-based team has struggled massively this season, dropping down to dead-last after four straight seasons of finishing within the top five in the constructors' championship.  Maybe it's not a surprise that Lowe, who is largely responsible for this year's FW41 car from Williams, argues that a points system where all finishing cars are awarded points would be a good idea.
