Helmut Marko denies reported interest in Mick Schumacher
After previous rumours of Toro Rosso having interest in Mick Schumacher for one of their seats in 2019, Dr Helmut Marko was quick to squash that, as the Austrian said that Schumacher is not "on our list." The Italian branch of Motorsport came out with the report earlier, saying Toro Rosso were very charmed by the son of Michael Schumacher. Mick has been on fire in the Formula 3 recently, winning all three races at the Nürburgring last weekend. To obtain a super licence, which is required to race in Formula 1, he'll have to finish at least third in the championship this season.
