Ericsson Hoping To Give Italian Fans 'A Good Show'
Marcus Ericsson plans to do everything he can to give the Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team fans “a good show” at this weekend’s Italian Grand Prix. The Autodromo Nazionale Monza has hosted a race every year bar one since the Formula One championship began in 1950 and Ericsson knows it is a “special race”. “The race in Monza is always a very special one, and one of the most historic Grands Prix on the calendar. “There are usually many fans there, giving the weekend a unique atmosphere.” Monza is the fastest track on the calendar and the Swede believes it is “tricky but fun to drive.” “The track itself is different from most of the others, with the low downforce levels making...
