Breaking: Hamilton and Bottas have upgraded power units for Belgium
Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas will use new engine components this weekend in Belgium. They are using upgraded specifications. The British driver uses his third and final upgrade in the season while Bottas steps over the penalty barrier and is likely to start from the back of the grid. Ferrari still have another opportunity to upgrade their engines.
