Ricciardo 'escaping Verstappen's shadow' with Renault move - Palmer

Former Renault driver Jolyon Palmer says Daniel Ricciardo's switch to the French team from Red Bull is a "backwards step" but was necessary to escape the "shadow" of Max Verstappen.
