Toto Wolff: "We got the luck back"

Toto Wolff went through the emotions wringer this weekend. Following a disappointing Saturday, Mercedes went on to complete a 1-2 in the race yesterday. The result meant that Mercedes regain the lead in both championships. Wolff spoke in his piece on the Mercedes website summing the race up. In it, he admitted Ferrari still have the quickest package, but the determination and belief the German team have kept them on top.  “The race happens on Sunday, not Saturday, and it’s not always the quickest car that wins,” the Mercedes team principal said.  “That is what makes the sport so special.
