Does Germany deserve to have a Grand Prix?

Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel believes that the reason Germany is on the verge of losing their grand prix permanently is that his country is not prepared to match what other nations are paying for the privilege of hosting a grand prix. The 2018 Formula 1 world championship leader, racing on home soil for the first time in two years, however he painted a gloomy picture of his country's prospect of retaining the grand prix.
