Lewis Hamilton signs Mercedes deal through 2020
Photo by: www.kymillman.com/f1 Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport and Lewis Hamilton today announced the agreement of a two-year contract extension for the 2019 and 2020 Formula One seasons. Lewis joined Mercedes in 2013 and by the end of 2020, he will have spent eight seasons as a works Mercedes driver, his longest period with a single team in the sport. His career total of 65 F1 wins places him second on the all-time list behind Michael Schumacher. His titles and skills have been rumored to be worth £40-million-a-year but Mercedes nor Lewis have confirmed that figure. It is expected that Mercedes-Benz will retain Valtteri Bottas as Lewis's teammate as well but no announcement was made....
