Lowe: "Williams revival my greatest challenge"

Williams technical director Paddy Lowe admits that the road to recovery with his Williams team, will be the hardest challenge of his career. Williams are rock bottom of the constructors' standings with only four points, as the team endure their worst season in memory. Paddy Lowe arrived at Williams with a name for himself - after starting in 1987 at Williams, before joining McLaren in 1993, where he rose through the ranks to become technical director before joining Mercedes in 2013. Lowe was part of the backroom staff that helped put Mercedes on the Formula One map and make them the dominant force that they are now.
