Vettel on top but Mercedes fastest in Silverstone
Sebastian Vettel Sebastian Vettel ended Friday on top at Silverstone but his Practice 2 lap was slower than Lewis Hamilton had managed in Practice 1 ahead of this weekend's British Formula 1 Grand Prix.
