‘Short-sighted’ critics have to accept dull races - Sebastian Vettel

Sebastian Vettel has slammed 'short-sighted' critics after being asked whether he felt the Canadian Grand Prix was 'boring' despite taking his third victory of the season. Many expressed their displeasure at the race on social media over how the result of the race panned out, with little action to talk about other than the first lap collision between Lance Stroll and Brendon Hartley. In a race which promised the chance of a fast pace and a potential two-stop challenge for the drivers to negotiate, it turned out to be a lacklustre one-stop affair with some tyre management to get to the end of the race.
