Ricciardo spared grid penalty in Canada despite faulty MGU-K

Renault will apparently keep and repair the faulty MGU-K that almost destroyed Daniel Ricciardo's impressive Monaco Grand Prix win. The Red Bull driver suffered a sudden loss of power after just 20 laps in last Sunday's race when the MGU-K component failed. Ricciardo masterfully raced on for over 50 laps to the checkered flag despite the setback.
