Rosenqvist admits he ‘gambled to turn around championship' at Turn 1

Berlin E-Prix – Mahindra Racing’s Felix Rosenqvist admitted that his off at the start of the Formula E Berlin race was caused by a last gasp effort to turn his championship around. Rosenqvist tried passing several cars around the outside of Turn 1 at the start of the race, but ran into the run-off has he had carried too much speed into the corner, dropping him through the field. He fought his way back through the field but just missed out on a points-paying position in 11th. “I gambled a bit and tried to turn around my championship a bit too much, and it didn’t work out.
