Lowe admits Williams pace is "not what it should be"

Williams chief technical officer Paddy Lowe has admitted that his team's pace is nowhere near where it should be, as the British outfit sit bottom in the constructors' championship with just one point. That one point was scored by Lance Stroll when he took advantage of the carnage that happened in front of him in Baku. Lowe says that the car isn't as bad as it looks, but there are major problems that don't let the FW41 perform to its full powers. "The pace is really quite bad," he said to a group of reporters in Barcelona. "The car isn’t good enough, it’s not what it should be.
