2019 changes are ‘immature'

This happened while F1 and the FIA are also trying to forge a new set of regulations for 2021 and on one hand, you could understand if next year’s changes are a sort of precursor for 2021 but that didn’t sit well with Red Bull boss Christian Horner: 'I find it a little surprising,' Horner told Autosport.
