Baku FP3: Vettel and Ferrari emerge

Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel showed his hand in the third and final free practice session of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, ending the session fastest of all. Vettel ended the one hour session nearly four tenths faster than Mercedes rival Lewis Hamilton. Report in progress…
