New F1 rules to be introduced in 2019

New rules for 2019 F1 season Formula 1 is set to introduce a number of new rules ahead of the 2019 season following a meeting of F1 stakeholders in Paris on Tuesday. The meeting discussed a number of measures that will be introduced next year, along with power unit regulations for the post-2020 era. Between the Formula 1 Strategy Group and Formula 1 Commission, three amendments to the regulations are set to be introduced next season. Teams will receive an additional fuel allowance for the race, from 105kg to 110kg, designed to allow drivers to run higher engine modes more regularly.
