Renault next to confirm F1 2018 launch day

Renault Sport F1 have become the latest team to confirm its 2018 launch date for its new R.S.18 and have picked the same day as Alfa Romeo Sauber announced earlier today. Renault is gearing up for the third season of its F1 return as a fully-fledged manufacturer effort having taken over the Lotus outfit at the start of 2016. The Enstone-based squad produced a late charge last year to jump to sixth place in the final F1 World Constructors’ championship as it plots its long-term goal of fighting for world titles. The French manufacturer has confirmed it will launch its R.S.18 on Tuesday 20th February – the same day as the new-look Alfa Romeo Sauber squad – and two days before the...
