Bratches: Formula 1 is like managing a start-up

Formula 1 commercial director Sean Bratches revealed that he was amazed to see how the sport was run during the era of Bernie Ecclestone, who the former N executive replaced along with Chase Carey and Ross Brawn after the Liberty Media takeover. Bratches told Racer, 'I was asked to come and run the commercial side of the business. We have an expression – I don't know if it's an American expression or English too, but it's bait-and-switch.
